-Purple Leather Riding Gloves & Ice Equestrian Bridle.

I’ve struggled with finding the right pair of gloves for most my riding life, they were either too thin and ripped easily, too thick and never got subtle or generally weren’t comfortable, they’d be too tight and rub. I didn’t feel I had a good contact with my horse whilst wearing brands I was trying, always taking them off and loosing them due to wanting to take a photo ridden or walking out with my horse… Just encase you couldn’t you already notice that I am a photo-finatic.

Until this company came along, a friend bought a pair and at first I didn’t think much due to having very little faith in gloves. Then I saw the purple pair and for anyone that knows me, knows that I can’t help myself when it comes to purple. It is Jolien and I’s main colour, along with yellow, grey/silver and black.

Seeing they were also touch screen friendly boosted my hope, I received a white pair for dressage and a purple pair for general. I am obsessed with colour matching and always having to be coordinated when riding, it is a real pet hate of mine to look untidy or uncoordinated. We all have a really sad pet peeve right? Just sayin’

Well, long story short I am LIVING for these gloves! They take a couple rides to subtle them up as they are leather, they’re never uncomfortable just need to get them shaped to your hands and subtle up a bit, to help I’d just wear them around the yard doing duties whilst the weather is cold and they went beautifully soft within days. To me this just says the quality of the gloves, but that’s my personal opinion.

The colours are super bright, they don’t fade whilst washing and they also aren’t patchy in colour its completely even on the glove, they’re both identical in colour, stitching etc

They have a huge variety on the site and from what I understand there are more colours to come!

Ice Equestrian Browband. They don’t effect my contact with my horse, in fact they’ve helped it by keeping it more consistent and secure. Which then stops my left shoulder from playing up, I had a car accident just under 10 years ago that caused a small tear in my left shoulder, which occasionally plays up and can also making riding difficult. Jolien also struggles with her bend to the left so I have to really work to keep the contact even, the gloves have helped with that as my grip is more stable on the reins, Jolien settles more into a contact when wearing them. Which was extremely interesting to discover and I wasn’t really expecting at all! Here is a video on the level of quality and colour that these gloves REALLY do give..

What is fantastic though is this brand don't just do riding gloves, they do gloves suited for all kinds of sports! Whether its skiing/snowboarding, running, or cycling and they even do children/junior sizes! Personally I use the running gloves as general yard duties, they keep me warm and are also touch screen friendly!! I adore these gloves and I wouldn't ever ride in anything else again, they've worked wonders and I can't wait to expand my colour selection with them! They have just brought out a new range of running gloves, grey is a favourite of mine so they'll be my next purchase! I also will be going running with Muna again once I am well enough, so I can't wait to get photos of that! Thank you Eglove! I use them in everything I do so I can safely say they're useful and benefit in different ways, duties, riding making my horse happier and for ground work. They're defiantly, Alyx, Jolien and Muna approved!
